Sunday 11/10 10AM-1PM
It's a 75 minute class that will work your full body, with the best playlist in town and your fav Scorpio and Sag instructors. Class will be a blend of yoga, mat pilates, and body weight HIIT, all taught by Syd & Nina. You can expect high energy, comedic relief, and an invitation to build intesity and strength mentally and physically. PLUS, class is Syd and Nina's joint birthday party ! All levels of movers are welcome. PLUS an after-party featuring your favorite local businesses.

Virtual Studio
