Introducing, Joshua Tree 2025!
I am so excited to announce my eighth retreat with A Space Between. This retreat will be elegant, adventurous, deeply restful and nourishing, and a stuning winter escape.
The Deets
Meet me in the pastel desert for this retreat that runs Thursday March 20th-Sunday March 23rd. Four days, three nights in the dreamiest of spaces. Our venue is on 50 private acres in Joshua Tree, and has been written up in Travel & Leisure, the San Diego Magazine, and Domino as the best venue in Joshua Tree. (Put your deposit down here)
We'll have yoga, mat pilates, and sound baths to start the day. A private chef on site providing the yummiest nutrition. Guided adventures into the park that include hikes, horse back riding AND an after dark astronomy tour (this was amazing last year!). There are two venues to choose from, they are just a 5 minute drive away from each other. The main venue is pictured above. It has a hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, and stunning yoga studio that all attendees will have full access to.
What's included? Breakfast & dinner made by our on site private chef, mat pilates and yoga twice daily, sound baths, yin yoga, horseback riding, an astronomy tour in the park, an amazing photographer capturing images of everything for you, and guided hikes/adventures in Joshua Tree National park, plus a sunset soundbath at the cholla cactus garden.

Venue 1: Halycon Hideaway
Our main building, with an on site yoga studio, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, and more. This will be where all our classes and meals take place. There are 2.5 bathrooms so bathrooms are shared, there is an outdoor shower as well. Pricing below.

Venue 2: Happy Trails House
Just a short 5 minute drive down the road we have the Happy Trails House! Another gorgeous Joshua Tree property, owned by the same couple as Halycon Hideaway so the vibes are correct. You have 2 bathrooms on site so bathrooms are shared here as well. You've go an on site hot tub for those gorgeous starry nights, plus hammocks to kick back in during downtime. Staying at happy trails is discounted due to the drive to the main venue, so if you're looking to save a little cheddar this is all you! Accommodation options below. Of note, Bedroom #2 is a bunk bed, with a pull out bed option. Great for a party of three besties!

The are options for payment plans for all of the above that we can span out over 6 months, starting at $240/month depending on which accommodation you pick.
Our last retreat to Zion was absolutely spectacular, and this next trip to Joshua Tree is shaping up to be even dreamier. Early bird Pricing: If you put a deposit down before November 1st you get $100 off your retreat spot! That deposit secures your spot, and we will connect on further details after that.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
(a) You (or any member of your party) may cancel your booking at any time 120 days before the start date of the retreat, providing that the cancellation is made by the person submitting the booking form and is notified to us in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by us. You will receive your balance minus your deposit. If such cancellation is made after the 120 day period, we will retain the full balance of the payment. However, if another person can be found to take your place, then we may offer you a refund at our discretion.
(b) Bookings are for the stated period of the retreat. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the retreat. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your Insurance Policy, you may be able to make a claim on your insurance.

Nourishment
Abigail Schmitt (She/Her) is the Chef Owner of Ginkgo Fine Dining Experiences, which she started in 2021 while living in Mexico City. She is currently based in Washington State and Golden, BC. Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Abigail graduated from Culinary School in Saint Paul and has learned from and worked for many great chefs across the Twin Cities, New York and Mexico City. With Ginkgo Fine Dining, she creates a lifestyle that focuses on wellness, good food and the outdoors. From curating intimate culinary experiences for all kinds of occasions, to food styling, recipe development and cooking classes, she shares her passion and expertise with folks from all across the globe.
Nina Kolar (she/her) is the founder of A Space Between. She is a yoga/meditation/Pilates/all around movement teacher with over 1,000 hours of formal training and 14 years of teaching experience. With a unique childhood that was part back country mountains, and part city living, Nina has the skill set in her retreats to open up opportunities for you to know and love yourself and the natural world around us on a deeper level.

A retreat that felt like a family reunion. A gorgeous crew of movers explored Zion and Bryce canyon. In our downtime utilized the onsite hot tubs and heated pool. Dreamy practices in a field cut into the side of a canyon. One of our favorite places to be!
